Documenting our history, organizing our present, and shaping our political future.

  • Great New Day, Bosses!

    How did your votes land and did your candidates win their positions? I felt there were too many candidates in this race for a Money Grab. Many candidates were not and are not qualified for these positions of leadership.

    I saw really bad behavior, heard untruths and even saw one candidate have a hissy fit and refused to share his platform. It was bad and he did win.

    Bosses, let’s be better at choosing candidates to represent us. Do your Due Diligence and find out who these people are. Visit Georgia Conservation Voters https://gcvedfund.org/vote/for All Things Election including the “Build Your Ballot Tool” where you see all candidates, their political background and how they have voted in the past in favor of their constituents or for other reasons.

  • Bosses Met With James “TJ” Brown, Candidate For Fulton County Sheriff…

    Johnnie, Sandy & Me with
    JT Brown at M&G, it was AWESOME!

    Our conversation with JT was poignant, thoughtful and inclusive in every way. He answered every one of our questions about;

    • Who would run his family business?
    • How soon can he assemble the renovation team to update the Rice St Jail and will it include any clean energy updates?
    • JT spoke of the original Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s) for the Rice St. Jail being appropriate and the most effective and that he will immediately reinstate them.
    • He spoke about helping create proper facilities and procedures for citizens who have mental, medical and housing needs and program assistance.

    Sandy Beaumont- Muhammad discussed her son being in the Rice St. lock up over the weekend on false charges. Never leaving his cell due to the filth and unsafe environment. The state was not prepared to move forward, Monday on the appointed court date. This is incompetence and mis management of tax payer dollars. The person for this position will need to be a leader, with a business and law background and a peacekeeper. James “JT” Brown has all of those skillsets and thank you for coming to our community to speak with us.

    Always Engaging…
