A Sheryl Kind Of Day…

Describe your most ideal day from beginning to end.

A Grand Rising begins by drinking a large glass of water with minerals to hydrate after a long nights sleep. I walk through my home and open curtains in every room while feeling truly blessed for another day. I do my vitamin D therapy and sit in or walk in the sun for 8-10 minutes, it is amazing and further relaxes me and gives clarity to my day. I stretch, gentle movements, never a jarring workout or blue light from cell phones, TV, radio in the mornings. I work at my business for a couple of hours and then I work out or take a walk for 45 to 60 minutes. Work on Community Engagement for two hours. Sneak in a one hour nap and go out and dance to House Music for a couple of hours in a park preferably but the club is good too! That would be my perfect day! Unless I was to sit on a beach all day and stare into an ocean or Lake Michigan, it is a favorite.
